چکیده
Annotation. The study of energy and adipokine metabolism indicators for the development course acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with comorbidity remains relevant. aim was to determine content in patients ST-segment elevation depending on presence absence type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). involved examination 60 AMI (Group 1) 74 2). Each group divided into subgroups according artery (CA) stenting. control included 20 healthy individuals. Adropin, irisin, fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP 4), C1q / TNF-associated 3 (CTRP 3) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. All underwent angiography. Statistical processing results carried out using software package “IBM SPPS Statistics 27.0”. There a decrease adropin, irisin CTRP an increase concentration FABP day 1 Groups compared (p˂0.05). In 14 there adropin 23.87% 41.43%, 56.59% 11.11%, CTRP3 11.59% 20.01% (p<0.05). level decreased 19.69% 26.61% (p <0.05). Group 1, inverse correlation found between Syntax Score (SS) (r= -0.432, p=0.01), -0.478, p<0.01), - 0.473, p<0.01) positive SS 0.436, p<0.05). 2, relationship -0.452, p<0.05), -0.458, -0.437, p<0.05) direct 0.418, Thus, peculiarities existing absent before primary CA stenting studied.

Evaluation of ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
Introduction: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a reperfusion strategy to increase life expectancy and ejection fraction (EF) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. We investigated the effect of location, severity, type of lesion, number and type of vessel involved and time of angioplasty on the increase in EF in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI (P-PCI) a...

background: primary percutaneous coronary intervention (primary pci) is the method of choice in establishing reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction (ami) patients. the aim of this study was to determine the success rate of primary pci in a university medical center in iran with a view to promoting it as a first-line therapy in patients with ami, especially in centers with established cathet...

Reperfusion after acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (AMI) remains the cornerstone of the initial therapy. Although reperfusion can be accomplished with either primary angioplasty or fibrinolytic therapy, clinical trial data reveal improved outcome with primary angioplasty. Furthermore, primary angioplasty with coronary stenting results in less repeat revascularization than balloo...

BACKGROUND This study was designed to clarify the significance of washout rate (WR) determined from 99mTc-sestamibi myocardial scintigraphic images and the levels of cardiac enzymes in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). MATERIAL/METHODS A total of 56 consecutive patients with AMI (mean age 65.8 ± 8.5 years), who underwent PCI on adm...

857 R of the infarct-related artery (IRA) by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) limits the size of the infarct and preserves left ventricular (LV) function. In the 1980s, various randomized trials using thrombolytics that enrolled thousands of patients with acute myocardial infarction with ST-elevation (STEMI) demonstrated the clear superiority of these agents over placebo in terms of maj...
